1. Invoice
By selecting the payment method "Invoice" you can choose to receive an invoice sent separately in a letter, after the usual credit checks.

Invoice payment terms are net 30 days. A late payment fee of $50 and interest at 18% apply.

2. Cash on Delivery
Goods are sent by mail business package and will be paid for by you, when you pick them up at the post office delivery point. Keep in mind that your package must be collected within 14 days.

We send out goods continuously and normally you will have your order within a few days. As far as possible all the products you have ordered are packed and shipped together.

If something is being backordered it will be shipped as soon as it comes in with free shipping.
Notify us immediately by e-mail if you wish to cancel the purchase of the delayed goods.

Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment, notify us immediately when you pick up your shipment. If you do not discover this until you get home, let us know via e-mail immediately.

If an item is damaged or lost when you send it back to us, you are responsible.

Unresolved package
If you choose to pick up your item from us and the packet is returned by the shipping company, we reserve the right to charge you 51 euros to cover shipping,
return shipping and administrative costs.

We will send out an invoice payable within 15 days net.

We check all the products before we send them out, but if the goods are damaged, otherwise defective or you received the wrong product or the wrong number:

Please contact us immediately by e-mail so that we can correct the error. We will send you an address label that you paste on the package, so you can easily, of course without charge return the product to us. We will replace the defective product at no cost to you as soon as possible.

If you wish to return goods, please always contact us first to let us know. In case of a dispute, we follow the National Board for guidance.

Buy it
You have the right to switch to another product, colour or cancel your purchase within 14 days (except the meter). Always contact us first by email before returning your package for details on how to go about it.

If you regret a purchase and want to return an item, you must pay the return postage. We require that goods must be unused and returned in original packaging with any original documents.
After we have received and checked the item we will send a credit note or deposit the goods value to your bank giro account.

We will not accept returns of uncollected goods.
